How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a direct link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on TheFestiveNook.com. After logging in, navigate to your “Order History” where you will find the status of your order and any available tracking information.
Understanding Your Tracking Information
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
- Order Processed/Shipping Label Created: This means we have prepared your order for shipment and the carrier has been notified. The package is not yet in the carrier’s physical possession.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to its destination. The tracking updates will show its progress through the carrier’s network.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered to your address that day.
- Delivered: The package has been delivered to the specified address. Please check your porch, garage, or other designated safe places around your property.
Carrier Information
Your shipment may be delivered by one of several major carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. Please use the tracking number provided in your email or order history on the respective carrier’s website for the most detailed and up-to-date information.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO Address
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO address are typically delivered by the USPS. You may receive a tracking number from a primary carrier like FedEx or UPS that handles the initial transit, but the final delivery will be performed by your local Post Office.
